The Price of Gold in April

Has anyone else noticed how the price of retail gold has gone up this April? The AH prices of ores has also gone up. I wonder if it is because some major multibotters have been banned? There is a whole lot of whining going on in the ban forum here.
 
If you have a decent level 90 toon and you know how to use the Gatherer addon (it's legal and legit) then it's a great time to make some gold. If you have some gold stock piled on a throw-away account, then it is a great time to use it up.
 
I havent notived anything... stack ghost iron is worth 45g!

Anyone who sells at wholesale prices when you can sell at retail with a little extra work is full of crap! :-)
 
lol, 71g for a stack of ghost iron ore on my server. I must be lucky or something.
and i get them sold even if im not done posting
 
Yeah I've noticed that the market price for Ghost Iron Bars has increased -I have sold quite a few stacks (glad I kept them) -for 100 to 129g/stack; which is probably some people being banned and/or the changes made to Blacksmithing in Patch 5.2. Either way, I hereby welcome the new market prices!

PS,
Trillium Bars have also returned to a healthy price, selling at 1200-1600g/stack (remember, that's 200 x Ghost Iron Bars).
 
Yea, has to be the bans going on. I havent been able to run any of my accounts for the past week :\ keep getting hit.

Going to start testing the waters with fresh accounts in another week or so though and see how that goes.
 
that's because there are so many goldfarmers been bannend with all there gold
