The old owner stole my bot

had the exact same think with ebay bought an account cheep ?25 quid leveld 4 toons to level 85 over 2 months geared them fully pvp (all by hand didnt no about bots then poor me)the works loved it then one day i log in and bang cant get in go to battlenet cant get int here eather so i do the account recovery get temp acsess tot he account change pw ect(new what was comming) next day went log in account gone account recovery didnt work this time they had changed the name and details so then i new it was the original owner.

but didnt finish there i bought a sold a few accounts over my 2 year playing time and i always keep the paypal screen shots ebay screen shots and all emails to and from when buying accounts so i logged into battlenet through a back up account and sent all screen shots and invoices to battlnet and told them what had happend as the rules say its illegal to sell not buy (i think) well the account still never been used again and that was over a year ago the main paladin i still have in my guild and she has never been used nor any of the other 3 although battlenet wouldnt tell me they had locked the account i no they did would rather loose the acocunt for nothing than let some dirty scammer let me level all toons and gear up and decide they want it back.

sorry for long storey but its my claim to fame on this subject lmao

I have all of them even the phone number. I was thinking I should kill him and all his family. but after 2 day you calm down and just let it go :) your life doesn't change with 25 euros
 
yea thats what i thought was glad the account got perma ban so i was happy moved on with another lmao
 
WTF, what are you talking about? Adresses and details? Maybe a picture of his kid with an adress attached to bnet account? Lol. Country, name and last name. Can you find a person having these details?

UPD: how do you plan to ban account if support knows that not original owner uses the account atm?
 
always ask for an ID scan if its registered on a real name when you buy a bnet acc
 
or go online and buy id in that name for 10bux they are all over google i used them couple times to change secret question and answer.
