The New ToS fucked us

Exactly. And it's not as simple as saying, "then don't play anymore" when terms change in the middle of pre-paid subscriptions.

If we didn't agree, would they give the money back? The answer is a sure hell no!

click the box if you agree to follow the rules.
if you dont plan on following the rules, we will ban you

which part do people not understand?

if the terms changed in the middle of the month, and you dont want to risk your account by breaking the rules, THEN STOP BOTTING DUMBASS.

you dont deserve your money back. you lied when they asked you to comply with the rules. you planned on botting, you agreed that being banned was the punishment if you got caught. you signed it with the plan to bot anyways..

You do realize people were banned that didn't even bot recently, right? This was collected over a period of time, not recently.

LOL I don't even care that I was banned. I was already playing 2 good free versions of wow before I botted the live version. No one is crying here "DUMBASS."

In any business, when they change terms on you in the middle of a subscription/agreement, it typically breaks the agreement entirely unless you opt out which isn't an option and it should be. That was my only point, Sir Condescend.

Just because it says so in their TOS doesn't make it legal for them in most countries to scan your computer. If I sign a contract with someone that states I can shoot someone in the face does that make it ok for me to do so?

i just dont see justifying it by claiming tos illegality.

almost like people go in with the idea that because its against the law for them to look in my ram, so i can cheat all i want cause there is a loophole.

honorbuddy users dont have the money to back up that philosophy.

you just eat a dick, cry about terms and buy more battlechests.

all the people crying terms and no players have sued blizz yet. goes to show that talk is cheap.

in fact, if you cry Terms and you havent sued blizz, then you are part of the problem by allowing them to continue their practices.

Actually Players do not sue Blizz probably to the fact, that when a player's legal representative "knocks on Blizzard legal office's door" with a mean reasons, they do overtune the player's ban.

i just find it funny, you guys are crying "they broke the rules and looked!!" dude you broke the rules and cheated! occupational hazard! you knew this could happen every single time you hit the button to load your key into that bot. Did you guys honestly never think this day would come? and even more importantly do you honestly think this is the end!? talk to any botter whos been around awhile, shit happens. and we have and will always come back from it. just be patient. HELL the last time I was around when this happened everyone flipped shit and you know what? the bot had a new working version by the morning..so stop crying and relax!

If this is true. They cannot legally scan our memory even if we give them permission too. I'm expecting to hear a lot about this soon.

Okay, rules are things you make up for a game, laws are in place to protect people from malicious intent, Regardless of the RULES they made up, even if we agree to it, there ARE LAWS against it. like mentioned before, if you signed a contract that i could shoot anyone I want does that mean I can? no? just because blizzard made their game, doesn't mean we give them the right to our personal files? Im also not sure how insulting someone by saying they "do not have the money to back up that philosophy" is absolutely ridiculous, you are literally saying whoever has money should be in charge of the laws, which here in america, the government tells companies what laws to follow, and they aren't allowed to make up their own loopholes to invade privacy just because "we aren't playing their game right"

Edit: refer to the article posted on the previous page, great stuff there
