The Netherwing drake reputation?

The Netherwing reputation for the drake would it be possiable to be able to make a [flying] quest profile for people to be able to grind for rep,eggs and so on and for that matter other rep mounts, im not sure if this has been tried but I think it would be amazing if someone could do it.
