No. Only sellers who exceed the IRS thresholds will receive Form 1099-K. Sellers exceed the IRS thresholds when they receive over $20,000 USD in gross payment volume for the sale of goods or services AND receive over 200 separate payments for goods or services in the same calendar year.

YES for paypal... I never said anything about paypal originally he brought that up... I am saying that you don't have to, but you are SUPPOSED to file diablo 3 RMAH earnings with a 1099 slip. Of course you are? Regardless if paypal sends you that slip or not you still have to.....

Income via RMAH is taxable whether you claim it or not is up to you.
Paypal issues slips for whatever reason they want, doesn't change that your income is taxable.
1099 or line 403-409 (other income) is where RMAH would go.
