on german client he dont blackspot the Moishe.. you need to rename him to the german value.. i added the "doctor" too becouse he dont give much rep, it have a giant respawn time and!!! too much ppls need this npc for questing, so i blacklisted it too so i dont make other players angry

English users need to rename the Doctor and moishe before you include this in your profile..
AND! Turn off your PullMore for this becouse pull more ignore the Avoid State.
