The HTTP connection failed! Are you sure you are connected to the internet?

I checked my clock and updated it using the time.windows.live option and I am getting this.
'The HTTP connection failed! Are you sure you are connected to the internet?'

Any idea's?

Got it working sorry a virus affected me and made it so i was going through lan.
