I recently purchased 32 keys from your company. I just want to clarify and set the record straight before I get started that I have great respect for you guys, I love your products, I love that you do what you do, I think you are a great bunch of guys and I knew exactly what I was getting into when I bought the keys. I harbor no resentment whatsoever and I am actually in a fairly good mood despite current events and really just want to get a plan going for what to do next. And I am sincerely hoping you can help me with that.
So first off, I launched 16 of my 32 bots on 1-16-2013. I lost 13 of 16 on 1/18/2013. Not one bot was 60 for more than 4 hours. 3 were still 59 (2 of those banned. 1 survived.)
I had just finished gearing the 13 that were 60, 350m total (as you probably know, that was cheapo gear to only add up to that much). minutes after gearing the last 60, 13 of my 16 bots dropped and came back to a banhammer screen.
I got owned pretty good right? But I know its not bad luck. I lost 8/8 on 12/18 and 2/8 on 12/12. I sat it out for a month and then this happened. My good friend from europe lost 40/40 and has since stayed out of botting, i believe his faith in d3 botting in general has been shaken and wont be restored untill he can be certain that it is safer.
The Ban Report Forums are getting lit up. Blizzard is now picking random days and doing small waves in addition to the bigger ones on maintenance days. Unless my social network of botters is having really bad luck and not representing the whole community at large, i can safely ascertain that well over half the community or more is getting annihilated just like us. (maybey im wrong?)
My investment was $4,000.00 USD and I am now at a Negative -$650 towards returning that investment. I dont know a single person in my social network of botters that has made a penny in the months of december and january when costs are subtracted from gains. Once again (correct me if im wrong) but if this represents the community at large we are inevitably done. Not because we threw our hands up and quit, but because we keep blowing more cash on keys like moths to the flame and continue to get owned and lose money time after time. the deeper our pockets the longer we will last but eventually we will all be broke and have to find a new hobby.
(I do not reject the idea that my network of botters and myself are experiencing "bad luck") But I do question that theory.
My question on the future of demonbuddy is this, What is currently in the works to fix the issue of banning being highly frequent and more calculated than it ever was? What kind of time table are we looking at? If these are not questions that can be answered, please tell me what you can tell me, any information will be appreciated more than you know.
Onto my botting question, I am aware that you guys make 5 different bots and I have only used one of them. Are any of those other games as profitable or more profitable to bot than D3? Are any of them safer? What is a really good game to bot at this current point in time?
And Finally my customer service question, I would like to start by saying, The last thing I want is a refund, But at the same time, 32 keys is a rediculously high amount for D3 at this current point in time as the ban frequency (For Me, wont speak for others) is so high that I wouldnt realisticly be able to afford buying 32 licenses every 2-7 days [Especially like just now where I actually lost money from the licenses ontop of the cost of buying them]. Untill that ban frequency tones down (if it does) 32 keys is just rediculous overkill. So the question is, if one of those other games is more profitable and safer right now, would you guys be willing to transfer my keys to keys for one of those games? I want to explore any and all alternatives to a refund, but at the same time I dont want to be stuck with 32 lifetime bots for a game that at this point in time (I have no confidence of being able to use those keys for).
