The Black Prince Reputation Farm By Xelerate​


So, i haven't found any other black prince farm and thought i'd give it a shot and make one myself. Do not have big expectations from this profile as it is not oft that i post profiles.​



Anyhow, this profile will basicly run around Court of Bones and just farm the reputation by killing mobs over and over again. This profile needs testers. I have added 2 repairs which is in cave east of the Court of Bones. (OBS, GOT NO IDEA IF IT WORKS FOR HORDES) There isn't much more to say about it, simple profile basicly, hopefully it'll be enough.. for now.​

Looks like some classes with lack of surviveabillity might have some small difficults depending on the class and gear, heads up for that.

what's the rep gain per head? Cause I know doing dominance killing alliance gives 20+ per head so just going there and farming those guys wouldn't be bad. Not sure if this is vice versa for alliance but I noticed since I'm honored I couldn't get rep anywhere else.... A lot easier to kill as I assume people have an 450 ILVL or higher.
 
Hmm, if i remember right the prior targets gives about 45 reputation kill but then again i am human so that means 10 percent extra reputation gain.
 
had no problem running this with an ilvl 500 frost death knight, great profile!
 
Some reason it's just running through the mobs and not attacking or even selecting them... I've tried 4 separate CC's as well.

It's not looting either.
 
HORDE warlock 498 ilvl with voidwalker pet not a problem at all ;D
 
Tip for users: Add battle standard dropper plugin for more rep per kill if you aren't already

Found a few problems - a bit slow to loot, sometimes slow to react, but the main problems are:
Gets stuck at one point trying to get over a wall. Idk why it chooses to try go that way, all I know is it certainly does not work by going OVER a big wall.
Also, repairing does work.. however, the bot attacks the mobs outside the cave.. so you can get stuck there farming if you afk and don't babysit.
 
Gained ~1600 rep/hr with a caster. I'm sure this would be much quicker for a DK, but it's the best one I've tried so far either way. Thanks!
 
I did my runs with 2 bots using fps lazyboxer. And quickly found a few things that helped.

If you aren't running a full group, be prepared for solo players asking for group. If your group isn't full you'll look like a dick saying no. I took a risk and let them join. (All bots were assisting me on foot only with little worry of stucks).

Say again: I was not using this profile - so consider modifying the profile to suit the following if you wish.

Adding players was awesome. I had a guy pulling 4 to 5 on mount and bringing them back to a kill zone. I had another, a rogue, tearing it up with aoe.

If you are solo or have a small group...and even if you aren't, here is a good kill zone:

There is a small base of Pandaran in one of the corners that animated warriors will spawn and pat to. I am alliance so ymmv, but I'm guessing there is something for horde, or may be this base is neutral?

Anyway - tag these as they walk, and draw them to the base. You'll have 4 to 5 lvl 90 NPC units assisting you.

Try not to pull the caster units their channeled blood spell can quickly get out of hand..especially if you get two in a group pull.

Battle standards. I had one toonwith all three guild standards and I'd toss them out when I was running circuits. The others bots in my group had them as well. Boosts rep nicely.

3 hrs manually. Got exalted in my main and I took 2 bots from starting friendly to exalted as well.
