Apocs profile designer is the shit, if you know how to use it. Dead easy to learn, works brilliantly for me

For some reason I cant even open that one. Im getting an errormessage (send error report)

XNA 3.1 (Redistributable, or development)
.NET 3.5 SP1 - (If you use HB2, you already have this installed!)
7-Zip - You'll need this to unzip the archives provided at the download link!

just guessing but you most likely missing the XNA 3.1.
