Anything above Torment 1 has a chance to get Ancient rolled.

I cannot confirm, all I have read is that it rolls when you UNID, whether higher GRIFT or torment effects the overall ratio I have no idea.

About 10% of leges are ancient. T6 & higher Grift drops more leges, AKA more ancients.

I believe certain grift level has a 100% chance to drop at least one lege + big chance for another.
