Hi,
I just wanted to let the DB team know that I clearly experience a huge increase in stability, feedback and support for DB lately. The latest nav server issues have been fixed very quickly, creating a beta thread was a big help for the community and having a working DB ready right after the patch is a prime example that you do care about your customers.
I know that monster level wasn't working immediately, but who cares if the bot is running flawlessly otherwise. Next to that Nesox put a new beta build op where it should be fixed, less than 12 hours after the patch was playable. Nav issues may probably still occur in the future, random dungeon exploration may be buggy and implementing new features and fixing minor bugs may take some time, but I do believe that you guys are doing everything in your power to make it work (better).
I just felt I needed to say thanks to the DB team because their actions made me feel that they do care about their customers and that they do take DB seriously. Unfortunately most software customers expect everything to work flawlessly and almost never give positive feedback if things work like expected, because they take it for granted. And so the bitching continues nevertheless, but I guess some kids will never grow up.
Thanks DB team and keep it up!
