People just need to find there calling in the forums is all, takes time but they adjust we all had our days where we got frustrated with something some time.

You are right to create threads like that since I know first hand that if you see people recognizing your work, you feel great. But you can't refer to other polite threads as "crying". You cannot only make grats threads. We are not all fanboys.
