Really...Your an insult to paying customers. Your not a programmer and don't even understand how much work needs to be done. They just don't add some equations in and call it hunky dory. They review everything so you as a customer don't get banned for your bot running in circles or running into a tree a thousand times. Wow just rolled another patch out this week so back the hell off.
I have a perfect idea on how much work that needs to be done.
I was just proving a point that HB needs a project manager because ETA's etc. given have no connection to real life scenarios.
by the looks of it they're about 20% done and to top that they give an ETA that says 1 week downtime.
The devs(that are working as hard as they can , no argue about that) are still correcting core functions like API-calls that are not workning as intended , after that all botbases needs to be fixed and not to speak of Questbehaviours.
Since grinding will get u banned in a fairly short amount of time the Questbehaviours are crucial to make this a good levelling-bot.
When all the API-calls are working the CC's needs bugfixing and when CC's are working...... well u get the picture here
Sure a test-release is available but it's far far from a stable and usable product.
All that i'm saying is that saying we will have a weeks downtime was not a good ETA given.
As a side note i've been an IT-manager so please "Synntax" don't throw out statements u can't back up.
I've been in the project group for a storagemanagement-system for 3 sawmills so YES i have a pretty good idea what i'm talking about.
Even though this bot is a bit more complex because there are so many phases that gets affected when major update like this one has to be done.
I can tell you that when it comes to software you always get obstacles in the way be4 a roll-out can be done.
So take your "hunky dory" elsewhere mr.
(YES, there are many spelling and grammatic errors here. Save me the remarks about that since English is not my native language)
