I don't think it keeps coming up because you are not being clear. I think it keeps coming up because people know devs from HB moved to dev other bots & no new devs were added to HB. So yea they are different teams, though it still appears as though HB has less devs than it used to and that's really what is being objected to.
 
Anyone know a estimated day that the dang PvP bot will be back to normal?? They say that they know what the problem is, but still can't fix it???????

And doesn't devs test the bots before releasing them?If they do, they don't need a single log for latest release because everything is visible already :)

2 releases came out the same day. One (5419) was a test, which had all the errors, like running around ur target trying to cast while running cause it couldn't face the target. Then later the same they release another (5445). Just make sure ur using 5445.
5418 was pre 4.3
5419 had all the errors, was a quick release before EU servers even switched to 4.3.
5445 had most of those fixes applied.

There still some bugs being worked on like the BG accepting que. But I was running it most the night on grind bot with no issues. Also been using GatherBuddy to farm rares/mounts. I did notice Profile changer isnt working, Tried to use it for Poseidus and he ran on to shore and mounted a flying mount and tried to fly off the map of Abyssal Depths.

I can't believe it.. I think enabling ProfessionBuddy with a blank profile really does help! With BGBot the bot definitely is more responsive, seems to not stand around in the graveyard area for long periods of time.
 
Oh my so much QQ.
Gathering and LazyRaider worked fine on the first test release. Tested with ShamWoW and FPS' Paladin/DK, can't speak for other classes.
If that's not enough to keep you busy for a couple days then go find something else to do with your life.

The patch came out 2 days ago people! TWO.

For all you crybabies who are QQ'ing about stuff being broken, and all of you claiming "ZOMG THIS BOT IZ DED", Blizzard implemented unannounced UI and other changes with the live patch that were not even hinted at in the PTR.
This is the reason some addons are still not updated as well (Auctioneer, Carbonite). There were quite a few unannounced, undocumented changes to the client that nobody knew about until the patch went live.
The buddy team is working behind the scenes (whether you choose to believe this or not) to get everything working the way it should be working. Please stop being rude.

For all of you that don't know anything about what it takes to develop (and maintain) a bot, do some google searches for "reverse engineering" and "memory editing", "memory offsets" (just a few off the top of my head (I am no developer or expert or anything close, but I at least have an idea of the concept.))

Disable norton...simple fix(or uninstall that shit, it's worthless), it's a false positive.

I once felt that way - maybe 10 or so years ago but that world has changed. Anyone that doesn't protect their computer with an adequate and AV software is asking to either lose data or possibly have it copied by others. I'm an IT professional - it's what I do during the day M-F (got a little less than 40 mins left before I go home for the day). What I don't like about Norton is that it's a resource hog, there are several other products that are decent that don't use as much CPU ticks as Norton does. That being said, that's what we use at work (no choice - mandated baseline).

Hi Biohazard!
Do not deactivate norton! You dont need to do so.
When you get the message that norton blocks the exe just click options in the popup.
In the new popup you can restore the exe and tell norton to not delete it anymore!

I just want to give you guys a positive feedback. I've been testing the beta version, and it worked well most of the time. I only use GB, LazyRaider and BG Bot. GB is working well, I farmed my herbs and my ore without any problem. LazyRaider works fine as well. I healed the new heroics in my crappy Zalandar gear, and i was told to be an "amazing healer". (Note that i'm using Bobby's ShamWOW, i don't know what is going to happen to other classes, but for my Shaman it worked fine).
The only thing i was not able to make work is BG Bot. But i saw there's a workaround involving PB, so, i'll try it today when i get back home. (I'm at the office right now). I don't use grinding or questing profiles, so basically, my needs are covered.
I also want to thank you for sharing the beta version with us. It really helped me as I have already looted some of the new heroic gear, and i have gathered many raw mats to sell.
For me, this is waaaaaaay better than having to wait for the stable release. Thank you again.

I've been runninig an Abyssal Depths mining and herbing profile that covers them all. If it's switching, then it's working for me. I've ran it on 2 toons and I've also ran one that does Mount Hyjal and Uldum without any problems. Again, I don't know if these are one's that are switching profiles or not, but I'll link to them.

I use Avast! www.avast.com It is free, isn't a resource hog and doesn't give me any false positives for the most part. Unless I'm deliberately downloading something I shouldn't....

I agree. Really, for botting time any antivirus programm should be disabled. imho
