If this is a test release why was the old one archived?
Since you are changing the UI, my suggestion would be that when you login it detects your class and enumerates the available CCs and adds them to a dropdown list on the main form. Selecting a CC should just be a case of picking it from that list and clicking start and then anytime you reload the bot in future on that character your selection is remembered in the charactersettings_<charname>.xml meaning you dont need to select it.
Should the user have not yet selected a CC or the CC that was selected previously is missing/removed. Clicking start would add a message in the log pane 'Please select a class module for this character'
Personally i think adding multiple languages is ok but themes? really? for me functionality and usability are important.. making it look oh so pretty is not really that high on my list of priorities
