The main reason behind HoR being the opener was to save some mana. If you open with Exocism then you only have judgement left to cast before getting into melee range. But read my previous post, the opener is changed back to exorcism

This means you cant cast LoH for 2 Mins afterwards yet the CC stands there spamming it till dead.

Oh. If you're having the same problem I had with the druid not attacking or doing anything, make sure your system regional settings are set to English (united states).
I had changed mine during HB2 downtime and forgot about it.
