Terrible FPS

what else are you running alongside DB and D3
 
use beta build instead and let me know plz

Nothing, the usual system tray items. Mind you, this is a brand new PC build (x99 etc) and have not used DB on it until now. Ill try the beta build suggested by Tony and report back.
 
Beta version seems alittle better, but it still has stuttering moments almost like a freeze then continues, this is only when using DB, if playing without its fine.

Also having the same issue. Where can i get the beta build.

I just wanted to add, disabling my AV helped allot. Going to try and have my AV enabled but have D3 and bot as trusted applications

set D3 process on a higher than normal priority
 
Had same problem after v1.1.2313.407 update.
Unchecked "Lazy raider" solved the problem.
Try it.

I believe this option broken by v1.1.2313.407.
Before, bot didn't pause if you press LMB with unchecked "Lazy raider", but he does pause in v1.1.2313.407.
