Terrible fps drop while questing

Standing still and moving around while mounted are fine. The problem is when the bot moves around by foot i drop to ~10fps. What could be causing this? Everything else it does sits at 100fps.

I had something similar happen last night, but it was addons, haven't pin pointed which one, but I disabled them all and it worked, try that.
