Tempest Keep

I have been looking through the forums and have came up with nothing. I'm looking for a simple profile that would farm the Alcatraz wing of Tempest Keep. I'm working on a transmog ad I've done it several times with no luck so why not have a profile to do it for me! Any help would be great!
