Teleport calamity not used when out of combat to travel distances faster.

Using aether - walker with 0 CD Teleport.

It only uses the skill when in combat.

Checked trinity settings and i DO have use movement spells out of combat checked off.



..if someone could please help make it spam teleport out of combat as well, would make runs like 30% faster lol
