Does this custom class work in battlegrounds?

Yes, as do every CC.. it's a matter of how well it performs. I'd say this CC works perfectly in AV where it's more open spaces.. It's a little too bot-like in WSG, but AB should be good.

Yeah im using it at the moment, i like this hunter custom class by far. Great job tweaking this Lap87 and flogratio! Is there anyone planning to make a mm spec for hunters?

Working prety nicely so far on my new hunter.
Only gripe is when a mob attacks my hunter when my pet is on another mob it will ignore it until it returns to my side and the other mob is dead.
Would be cool if it attacked anything that hit you, but dont know if that is possible.

You put the food's name in HB's -settings [Food Name]
And how do you get the food? By killing mobs maybe? Or buy it at the vendor? Jeez... ebayer?

It's using the same food that you have specified in HB settings, so try to keep your bot stacked with meat or fish or whatever your pet can eat ^^
Pro tip, use Meat food that you also can use when resting.

I must say that this CC is not very good in AV. I don't know how the targeting logic works, but it frequently targets enemies in the back of a "pack" and runs into 3-4 melees before firing a shot. It dies a lot because of this. If there is any way to update this to target nearest, and keep max distance that would be wonderful. As it stands, the CC is sufficient for AV but it's not breaking any records for kills or exp.

I don't think the original author planned on making this any better than it was, atleast it's working in PvP.. granted, the logic could need a revamp but as i said before, rather wait for Fpsware to release his -better- hunter cc than try to rewrite this one.

Mine hunter still aint able to revive the pet i got the .Cs from page 8. I had enough mana for the revive i think it doesn't give revive pet enough time to cast, before going back to calling the pet please help i leave the bot on at night an if you see y character reviving pet and calling pet every second its kinda obvious youre a bot then.

I noticed this happening sometimes too. However, it's always due to low mana.

Once there is enough mana to cast Revive Pet, it should cast without any problems. Sometimes it seems like it needs more mana to cast than what the tooltip reports. (ie. 3000 mana, vs. 2800 that the tooltip shows). Try watching it and waiting for full mana to see if it corrects itself.

Its not always happening to me either but it wont revive even with full mana and then it keeps retrying that makes it obvious that my character is a bot.

Well i am levelling somewhere else right now where there is not a elite mob to kill my pet and me, but if it happens again ill post a log. Thanks for the responses joker.

Fpsware has released his awesome hunter cc, this one is purely for learning purposes now.
