TCG Mounts to be Account-Wide at MoP?

Tempted to buy the 'Wooly White Rhino', but what would seal the deal is if it became account-wide in MoP. I've found a lot of speculations and not a lot of facts. Anyone that can enlighten me regarding account-wide mounts?
