Targeting specific Pokemon

Is there a way to target only specific pokemon? I am not really trying to level much more, just trying to fill out my pokedex currently, but as I am farming all I am catching is rats and pidgeys. Also, I set up the CP profile and the bot is still catching sub CP pokemon regardless of what I put into the fields. Any ideas?
