Tankleader will not initialize

First, finding out about profiles needed should be mentioned before you purchase this program. Full disclosure about what is needed, including apparently needing to know how to program, is sorely lacking. For a person like me, this is a daunting process. I want to pay for a product that I install and it works!!!!!!! This is kind of ridiculous developers!
After several hours, here is my latest log and I have NO idea what is going on. Please help.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

I have no earthly idea how to do this. I looked for these files and cannot find them. Where do I find them?
 
And windows won't let me run the buddy wizard even as administrator.

After doing what you said, this is what happens. Computer won't let me run buddy wizard at all. Says that maybe I don't have permissions but I have admin rights on my own computer and right click and tell it to run as admin.
