TankLeader not working

Hi,

An few hours ago i bought tankleader but it isn't working properly, the first time i worked so i thought i go play on call of duty on my ps3 but my connection whent out.

My ps3 is limited to 300kb/s and i got 35mb/s

So because of my couple crashes tankleader isnt working anymore

i got a 12 log files with a couple of files that says ' Authentication failed!'

So now i got a couple of questions first is my key blocked now ?

Second what is tankleader doing that it uses 35mb and blow up my internet connection ?

I don't think it's blowing up your internet connection, it's the way the authentication server works. When you log on to our servers, we use a keep-alive type of connection. Whenever your program crashes, or doesn't log on properly, it doesn't keep that connection alive anymore, and after a short while the server will figure that out, and kill the session. However, during that period, your key will still be in use, and you will get the "Authentication Failed" and "Max Sessions" error messages. Recently we've also included an update that temporarily bans people that attempt to connect to the server too often in a small time window, but that ban is temporary as well, and should lift itself automatically after a short while after which you'll be able to use TankLeader again.

do you know how long the server takes before it resets the connection, so we can login again, I really think this time needs to be revised, sometimes I have waited up to 1 hour before I am able to login again.

Under normal circumstances, it takes about 2 minutes for the authentication server to realize you're not there anymore.
