Hi,
i set up correctly bot, and visual c++
but when i click start button,always program freezes.
and i'm not a premium user.

@MConway1: this is a known issue and has been for the last several releases of TL2. It will not be fixed as there has no been development on TL2 for several months now. The only way to fix it is to keep closing TL2, killing the session and retrying. :)
 
Let me get this straight,

1st I emailed you (your business) to get support and you said post it in the forums!
2nd I posted it in the forums and instead of moving the post to the correct place or responding you said post int he help forums!
3rd I posted it int he help forums, and now I am being informed that my product is outdated:

Within the past 9 months I paid good money for a product, I want a working version or I want my money back. If you are not developing it anymore then you should provide me the next version since I paid money for a lifetime version and have used it less then 10 times. My money helped make any future developments possible.

It just seems like good business, it's not like I have a trial version, I bought the full version and often tell people how good the program is. We shall see what they say, if they are a respectable business, they will want to keep me as a customer, they will do the right thing and make it so I can use the program I paid for.

yes you have to use our forums for technical support and it your responsibility you post under the proper section,which in your case is support issues section

I had pasted a full log earlier but in any case I attached above. At this point it simply freezes, I have to hit CTRL ALT DEL to end task else it just sits there locked up with nothing able to be clicked.

O.k. I deleted all the profiles, this should allow it to run in regular mode right? I assume without custom profiles it will run the default original one your team created.

Also, is this the latest version or is this an older version of the software?

Not only has this bug existed for months, not only has it been reported numerous times in the forums, but they don't even pretend it's going to be fixed. It's going to continue indefinitely. Just keep trying! :)

Take a look at the other threads in this forum. Most of the features don't work. The bot crashes often. Sadly, there is no development for this software presently. So what can the admins do? Support here is limited to 1) asking you for a log file, 2) asking you to delete any profiles you downloaded or made yourself, 3) asking you to install a clean version of the bot, or 4) asking you to uninstall your MS .NET Framework software and reinstall it.

It's NOT the moderators' fault that management won't hire a developer. They just work here. I can't wait for Bossland to hire a programmer for this bot!

what was the exact problem on this try?
 
remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart


and let me know if that makes any difference
 
Yeah I did that and no Game Booster does not work, World of Tanks has no sound and again, your program does not work. This should be illegal what this company is doing, they are selling garbage software, I expected better from Germans.

PEOPLE DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE, IT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY!!!

well it works as it should for me and for the rest people as well,so its you having issues


anyways,if you want actual support open a new thread


btw we never told you that we are supporting 3rd party stuff like Game Booster or something
