Tankleader freezing/not responding/not starting battles when "start" is pressed.

This is frustrating because I'm not getting any error messages or anything. I start World of Tanks, log in, start Tankleader and enter the key, load my tanks, adjust my settings, and press start. And nothing happens. I've waited up to 30 minutes for something to happen but nothing happens. I've tried uninstalling the .net stuff and reinstalled using the install tool as suggested on other posts. I have visual C++ redistributables 2010. I have the full version of .net 4. I'm running world of tanks in windowed mode. Initialization was successful. No error messages. The game doesn't crash. Tankleader just sits frozen doing nothing. Do you have Visual C 2012 installed by any chance?

Where would I find that out? Edit- Found it. I only have 2005 x86, x64, 2008 x86, x64, and 2010 x86, x64

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here

run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

I've already done that twice. Completely removed all of those, restarted, and used the install wizard. Nothing changed.

Do you have net 4.5 installed?

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and no I don't have 4.5. Edit- I'm installing 4.5 and trying again. Re-edit - 4.5 broke it so I'm reinstalling 4.0

Same problem. It happens sometimes. Probably more often when I play WoT by hand then press Start. Clean launch of client is usually OK.

Uninstall 4.5
