TankLeader for 9.14

We're about to release TankLeader for WoT 9.14. Starting from this release, we've updated the dependencies of the bot. More details can be found here: https://www.thebuddyforum.com/the-b...s/241851-buddy-bots-prerequisites-update.html

This will also impose the requirement of at least Windows 7 SP1, as that's the minimum version required for .NET 4.6.1.

Please install these before running TankLeader to avoid problems.

Some of the highlighted changes for this release include:

• Fixed a bug in UI commands that could cause the bot to crash
• Fixed stuck detection possibly being null
• Fixed an issue where the player's own tank would be included in the map obstacles, leading to erroneous paths being generated
• Fixed a bug where a queue time of more than 60 seconds could break the bot
• Fixed the arena ID being displayed in plain text in logs
• Added WotVehicle.Type API

Just had running the bot for some hours. This is the first time since the beginning of TL that there are visible improvements Of course still a long way to go but the direction is right. Stucks a lot less, fast start from base, nice way finding. Still a suicide bomber but an improvement for sure. Keep going!

I had problems with the installer.

- Unistall TL
- Install all Prerequisites: NET and Visual Studio (x86!!! x64 will not work)
- Get zip and unpack in fresh folder
- Start TL
- Choose tanks in Garage, without it will give error
