W.O.T V.0.9.5 #45
Tankleader: 2.1 r378 Build 215
windows 7 x86 (x64)
.net framework 4.5.1
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010/2012/2013 x86 and X64
screen resolution 1024 x 768 (monitor)
screen resolution 1024 706 (game)

I have also removed all .net and Microsoft Visual c++ from 2010-13
I then ran the buddywizzard, It reinstalled all for me. At the end of the process I got a window saying buddybots are ready to work, or something along them lines. Windowed mode lowest resolution on computer and game with lowest graphics set.
