Talented Plugin doesn't seem to be working.

I have used it before on other accounts and it was fine, but today its not doing anything
nothing is coming up in the log as to why it isn't working.
maybe restarting the client and bot might be worth it ?

According to our tracker tony made some talentchanges. Might just be the wrong spec you try to assign. Some were broken it seems.

Its a very low level.
so its not a big problem but its nice to have talents when leveling
