[Talented] Frost DK build

Just made this build to be used with the talented plugin.

Build can be seen here: Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft

To use it:
1)Go to your Honorbuddy folder.
2)Go to Plugin Folder.
3)Go to Talented Folder.
4)Go to Talent Builds folder.
5)Place the file here in Talent Builds folder.

Thanks for the contribution. I've never played a DK, but have thought about it on occasion.

If you are comfortable with what you've produced and willing, you might as Nesox to included it with the Talented plugin that ships with Honorbuddy.

what i mean. i want this Veiled Shadows will be after Vampiric Touch - 23 points.
how to change places on file?
