't open the download window profile

't open the download window profile, if you click start , writes that the profile is not loaded, what to do?

I can't open the download window profile,click "Load" and nothing happens and have to open Windows Explorer, and I have to specify what profile I choose. I tried with a clean Demonbuddy is no difference. if you need the profile files, they are downloaded automatically via EZUpdater-1.0.1

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
