Please download a clean copy of the bot (don't copy settings or any other files), and make sure you press "Select" at the configuration selection screen and not the close button.

Please attach a log generated if it still happens after doing that. If there is no log generated, I'll need to ask you to translate what that error message is saying.

i've already done it many times.i re-installed my windows but it also did not help. i can not post the log file,i can only make screenshot of the error. this error appear after me pressing select button in the beggining of the opening exilebuddy.

Also if it will help i can say that i downloaded usual exilebuddy(not beta exile). and thiss apps just crashed with the log "appcrash" something wrong with kernelbase module.

NO NEED TO SUPPORT ANYMORE!! solved the problem by installing a new fresh WINDOW 7.
