Started coming up every time I clicked "Start".
Reinstalled HB, it started working again.
Now it's randomly having errors.
I've done the routine reinstall of all C++ and .NET redistributables,

it happens when using Singular as well?

Yes. It was happening yesterday with Singular using both the Questing base and the Enyo base.
This was happening on both my laptop and desktop.

Solution:
Wound up removing all temp files, manually cleaning up registry entries, and reinstalling all distros & HB.

Singular & Tuanha were tested just now and it seems to do fine at idle and against the tanking dummy. (self healing)
I'll do more testing tonight, but so far the issue seems to be resolved.
