Sync problem

I am running windows mode. 32 bit.
everything loads as needed until it gets to battlegrounds then it freezes and says out of sync. I have redownloaded 3 times and nothing seems to work.
Now i have tried changing to dx9 and it wont even load at all says it has stopped working.
