SWTOR Level 50 First Beta Test

Currently and wishes are two different things... I think the intent, at the moment, is to have it do dailies in the preliminary. No LazyRaider has been spoken about except only in the wishes of others. I am sure it is an eventual thing on the agenda but might not be part of the beta phase or even earlier in the releases. Sorry dev team if I am over stepping my boundaries, or currently wrong. I haven't read anything about this feature even spoken about, if it is going to be part of it, other than wishes that eventually it will support it.

Empire Level 50 Sith Warrior Juggernaut
I would like the bot to do all PVP dailies as well as PVE dailies. Having it solo Heroics from lower level up to end level would be great to get commendations. Having a LazyRaider type function would be the most useful to me as I rarely ever leave my bot just running while I am away from the computer. Also having it control the companions to do my crew skills would be a great plus. But honestly having a LazyRaider rotation function would be of the most value to me as a player and botter.
 
50 Republic, Knight, Sentinel
Mostly looking for farming scavenging, archaeology, and slicing right now (even just sending out missions, though physical on-planet farming would be nice). Ilum dailies and all space dailies would both be a plus.
A combat bot mode would be nice.
 
Guys - Hawker is giving beta invites to people who he see's fit... but they're not gloating about having the bot. So, please don't feel left out

Questing is coming along nicely. Combat bot works... we have a dev fixing the singular-like CC (not super-complex, but it's working)

Apoc is still ironing out some of the issues with questing and nav.

I can't give a release date, but it looks promising how it is atm

I'm in the middle of Alderaan atm :)

Not sure why we wouldn't feel left out. First everyone who came here, showed interest and posted a 50 and specific quests would get a build. Now Hawker is just picking and choosing while the rest if us wait. I'm not sure how the rest of us wouldn't feel left out. But whatever.... enjoy the test...
 
just and update all my 50's commando,vanguard,guardian,scoundral and 48 sage.

would like to try beta for dailies previously listed and work on andvanced CC for comabt bot and leveling.

Why hasn't anyone that's used the beta responded? From my point of view it seems like they just want to see what people want right now so they can prioritize development.

Probably because they have had to agree with a non-disclosure agreement. I'm sure the Buddy team want to have full control of what information is posted.

What do I need the bot for: Flashpoints, Hero 4, (Heal), PVP
 
1. Empire, Warrior (Marauder)

2. In addition to the aforementioned Belsavis and Ilum dailies, I would love to test the bot within the realm of joining warzone queues, generating (xml?) pathing for each of the 3 major warzones and navigating them, targeting enemies along the pre-determined pathing and engaging them with a rudimentary rotation until the target dies or strays too far from the pathing. Farming valor and commendations are a serious grind in SWTOR, so it would be great to test AFK warzones with tactical pathing for each and work out which routes/rotations allow the bot to be most intelligent and generate the greatest number of medals/valor. This could also work along with completing the warzone and Ilum dailies, now that players can fulfill the Ilum quests by completing warzones.


If this isn't viable at this stage, I would also very much enjoy testing any of the mainstream Belsavis and Ilum dailies, as well as simple scripting for sending companions on gathering missions (bioanalysis, for example), and upon return, utilizing the materials they have collected to immediately re-initiate biochem missions to level both crew skills simultaneously.

Finally, and although this might be somewhat obsolete/antiquated at this point, it would be interesting to test the bot for gathering-oriented tasks, like seeking out and collecting armaments on Ilum or even patrolling specific regions on progressively higher-level zones in order to kill specific mobs and analyze their corpses for bioanalysis as your crew skill progresses.

Any one or more of the above would be great to test, and I would be happy to do so!

Update:

Combat chicken dance is being worked on; it no longer spam chicken dances, but it still happens a little

I found and reported a list of bugs while testing my 1-10 profile and the devs will have to address said bugs before I continue to the higher profiles

Guys - we don't want to release garbage, so you will just have to wait until the devs working on it have the correct behavior
 
Thank you for the update Kick. Best show on tv is being able to watch the bot do it's thing, and do it right. Love the buddy team!
