switching from grinding to questing at 80

Hi all.

So I have a lvl80 DK...leveled about a year ago by pure grinding (aside from starting area quests)...back when questing was still in beta and really buggy. Now i'm thinking of leveling him to 85..but I'm worried that if i start doing quests, he'll start getting achievements like '100 quests completed'...at 80...
he's currently at 450 mine/herb...so i would really hate to start a new toon since this guy has been my primary gatherer for a while now.

What are your suggestions?

I would say just do it, you could've leveled him up purely by doing instances, which I have done by hand with a few toons of mine. Just don't afk it for the first few achievements (up to 250 or so). And when people ask you about it make sure you can reply to them: I have been doing dungeons allot

Not a problem at all (PS. Herbalism/Mining are also good ways to level up, but you are after the reputation I guess ^^)

Fastest way to do 80-85 is epic flying with cold weather to do archaeology. When you start getting going it works out at something like 1,000,000 xp per hour
