Switching accounts

Is it believed that Blizz looks at IP playing time, or account playing time? IE: I play Acc1 for 10 hours, then switch to Acc2 for 10 more hours. Is Blizz going to see this as me being online for 20 hours and take a closer look at me, or is it likely as safe as playing 1 account for 10 hours/day?
