switch combat routines??

can you switch combat routines without restarting HB alltogether?

anytime i queue for heals and dps i have to guess i will be heals -- so i wait in a shadowpriest combat routine while i quest and wait - then when queue pops i have to restart HB to start my healing combat routine?

no, honorbuddy must be completely reloaded for combat routine changes to take effect.
