1 shot them and they respawn as fast as you can aoe them down.

1.3mil xp / hour

selling the greys = ~2500g an hour

ill test this in a minute and make a profile if it works is it any level?
 
Location is very open in the midst of a quest hub, spawn zones are spread out over gaps of water and obstacles to get stuck on. If OP is getting 1.3 mill / hour with the blizz nerf to grind xp this may be noticed fast or *****ed down on hard when it is found. Good luck to those willing to try and use this, it may be as successful as OP has suggested.
 
I tried it but couldn't get pally to pull anything tried it with fight here plugin and just grindbot so if you can supply how you are setting up to do this it would be much appreciated
 
testing it right now, using Templar (paid botbase). in the cave with the queen bug.
Hitting around 1250 k p/h = ~425-440k xp/ph
lvl 91 bm hunter with ilvl 540 and Garrosh HC loom

Did some math myself, they drop greys worth 20'ish silver, 2500g / .2 = 12k+ kills per hour
they give 350ish xp 1.3m / 350 = 3.75k'ish kph
Doesnt add up

Your math is crooked :f

Nonetheless its a nice grind, spawn is fast, but nowhere near your numbers

They removed it, because the community complained.
It punished more legit players than it punished botters. Thus it's gone "for now" they said
