Svn ??

hay everyone says to use TortoiseSVN to open the SVN files. I have been using it and it worked really good. My comp to a dump and i had to reformate. So i got to DL it agian and I keep getting a windows instilation error. It says the file dose not exest or it is not configured for windows. Anyone got any ideas? what other programs are there to open
SVN's? Thanks for the help in advance.
