Suspended after getting whisper from GM!

I dont know how they work . but its was like 5 sec after getting whisper from GM .
Was baby sitting while playing zynga poker .. and was getting alert by ShutUp then turn to my wow from Facebook and DANG ! its was like 5 sec ! account Get Dced , relogging and finally got suspended on thats account !
thats clearing everything thats i was got reported .

also got 72 hour suspension today on one of my accounts, but I appealed and got it back! damnit, to much gold lost in 72 hours. had about 30 min downtime.

appeal and do the angry customer attitude been working so far

Just sent them an appealing email .. i hope i can get my account back soon .
account status is locked not banned on account management at battle.net .
i play on europe region .

Call over email everytime. Email they will normally just send you back some bullshit response. Calling, you will have your account back in an hour, tops.
