I am not happy either, but this zone's concept is designed by Blizzard, not by me.
The Nightfallen rep can be slowly farmed in just 4 ways:
1. Some of the Suramar quests (not all)
2. World Quests - 3-8 quests per day.
3. Emissary Quests - both Nightfallen or Kirin Tor ones can be used.
4. Withered Army solo scenario, available each 72 hours.

The profile clearly offers and actually gives what is offered - All the quests in the long quest line towards "Good Suramaritan".

The extra reputation farming is quite easy with the free WQs on the forum, combined with the Withered Army Scenario, but indeed it cannot be brute farmed in a day or two.

You are 9/11 out of the log, actually. And once meet 7/21k, then 20/21k, will unlock the achievement.

For proper support, you can attach me a log here, or just drop it in the discord, linked in my signature below.

But usually, the reason why it does not continue questing is written in RED CAPS in the HB log window, just before the Status spam. Commonly this is lack of reputation for certain chapters, like Statecraft or beyond.

You can still check it in your previous logfiles.
Suramar cannot be done in 1 day/single session, due to the various reputation limitations, the questlines have there.
 
hey. stucking in suramar bye quest "Seed of Hope" (getting honored rep). its complete fresh char. On map i got 3 sidequests, but he stays on this quest.
 
HB says: Nothing more to do, but I'm into the Suramar-Quest: "Search and Rescue" (so there is more to do! ;) )
I have the trial. And it has nothing to do for me. xD So the whole trail is a big fail. I wanted to buy it, but I dont know how it could work if it doesnt say that there is nothing more to do. ;) -so why should I buy it? :/

According to the log, you are already 9/11 on this character and need 2 chapters only.
Its written with big red letters in the HB log window, just before the final Status spam:

We need 7000 reputation past Revered with The Nightfallen for it!

but you lack 3700 rep till chapter #10 yet:

So you need to farm abit more towards Nightfallen rep, before using the profile again.
Its not "fail"on the profile itself, but you are just about to finish Good Suramaritan on this one.

Thanks for the clear answer. I read that you get the fastest reputation by training the Witheress. But that does not make the profile? How so? -have I a thought-failure? = D

Actually, farming The Nightfallen reputation have several ways, sorted by importance:
1. The Suramar quests - all the one-time rep-giving quests are covered within the profile anyway.
2. World Quests - 6-12 quests daily, each give 75-250 rep, with more chapters unlocked, more WQs are unlocked too, so the WQ rep farming increase dramatically.
3. Two Emissary Quests gives: 1500 the Nightfallen and 750 rep the KirinTor ones.
4. Withered Army Training scenario gives up to 500 rep each 72 hours.
5. Order Hall Missions occasionally gives Nightfallen rep tokens too.

So the Withered Training is good way for rep, no doubt, but WQs are the superior one, effectively farming 1000-1500 rep daily.
