Hi Guys,

Does anyone know how long it usually takes for Bossland to action tickets? Been 3 days since I submitted one.

If you didn't add a log file, it won't get answered. Otherwise, in my experience, it gets answered within the hour.

Oh, its not anything to do with tech issues or bot issues, more like payment issues.

I emailed them asking if I could upgrade 1 month to lifetime and they answered the next day. The answer was blah blah blah no, but they did answer.

Guess ill try an email them, they must not look at tickets or something.
