Support response time...?

How long should I wait after sending emails to the support email before figuring that I am being ignored?

Its been well over 24 hours now... I have tried the forums, sent 2 emails (the last only a few hours ago, but the first over 24 hours ago), and not a single helpful response yet.

Now.. I am a fairly patient person, and given some kind of answer I can wait no problem... but no answer at all is quite annoying.

That would have been over 24 hours ago. Its been well over 72 now... and my patience is up. Too bad really... HB is such a good product... that I expected maybe too much from DB.
