Support Q: Auth Failed

My monthly sub ran out this morning, so I logged into the shop, paid it up and all went through fine.

Now I am getting AUTH Failed when trying to run GB.
I can log in to the Profiles page just fine with the user details.
Deleted all versions, downloaded and tried again, but still no joy.

I couldn't find a different support avenue to send this info to

There's a support thread for this created by the admins.
 
you will have to wait for Bossland to re-activate your account again so you can log into GB.
 
Still no joy, seems the support guys are on vacation till the 13th?
 
I got my Lifetime sub. and i get auth failed wtf -.-
