Superbad (Druid CC)

So I tried to play as druid as I normally do after updating SuperBad via SVN,

see the yellow exclamation mark ? right click those files with the warning symbol, choose TortoiseSVN ... -> and in the list, choose revert.

this will copy over the latest version, and remove the warning/exclamation mark (conflict icon) on various files.
you can also delete those files in conflict, perform an SVN update, which will put the files back too.

Ya, unfortunately i would not mind to go back to rev 82. When shred was priority and when skull bash worked every time :)

the problem is, as soon as you launch the Routine, it's going to update internally. so ... ehh... you can 1) create a backup Superbad, and 2) copy over the routine after it's loaded and updated.

so, 1. Right click the folder , choose TortoiseSVN ... and choose 'update to version' and put in the version number. if you don't know what version to pick, click show log, wait 1-2 minutes, read the svn log for whats in the revision, choose one, press ok.

2. cut the folder, move it out of routines and into another location, outside of the HB folders. or in it's own folder called Backups within Honorbuddy.
3. copy the new folder, i.e. Backups\Superbad\ into Routines\Superbad

4. launch HB as normal, wait for it to load Superbad,
5. copy the old folder Backups\Superbad into Routines, overwrite/replace the new/old files within Routines\Superbad

this should work without horribly crashing HB ... but it is a kludge, i guarantee it could work. until you have to reload HB, and then you're back to whatever.

I've noticed that the bot has started to spam mangle instead of shred even when behind the target. Is there any way to fix this? or is their an older version that will do this? Shred>Mangle.
Simple answer: Mangle is in most cases a dps gain. We only Shred if Berserk is up | Omen of Clarity is up | Our Energy Regeneration is >=15.

Mangle does indeed slightly less dmg then Shred, but it costs less energy. Because of that, we can much faster build up combo points.

Current simulations have shown that Mangle is better then Shred because of this circumstance.

There's your answer. Please learn the basics of your spec before you come QQ in here.

Hello and welcome to the newest Druid CC.

Its SUPERBAD!

Although the name might mislead you, this is currently the best Druid CC out here (if you compare them dps wise).

Currently the following Spec / Form combinations are supported:

  • Feral - Cat
  • Feral - Bear
  • Guardian - Bear
  • Guardian - Cat

It offers so far a very basic GUI.

Guardian spec that i use:
Talent Calculator - WowDB

Cat spec that is use:

Feral kitty has been my main for years. I was shocked to learn this a few months back. Mangle has historically been second best for a loooong time. I'm sure many people don't realize blizz changed this. I'm still fighting my old habit to shred instead of mangle (when playing by hand).

I can't believe this is seriously a debate. As of MoP, shred and mangle are the same thing. Look at the tooltips. However, shred has 20% dmg boost on bleeding targets which they will be since you are indeed a feral. The extra 5 energy you save with mangle does not make up for the 20% dmg reduction at all. Whoever thinks mangle>shred better stick to their combat routines to have semi-reliable dps lol.

Hey handnavi,

I just noticed with update when i'm killing random mobs cc shifts into bear from as it should at 50% (that's what I set it too) but when im in bg's it doesn't? Other than that cc is awesome mate great work.

I want to correct you a little bit:
- With 2x T15 Mangle > Shred

I will add a check for the set bonus.

For the non T15 Users i will do some more tests @ simc howto use fillers properly.

Edit:
I did some tests with simc. Even with my poor gear mangle > shred.
I get a boost of about 800dps with that change.
The 5 energy lesser cost is indeed so valuable, because our rip uptime will be higher.

Found an issue with the talent Cenarion Ward. When fighting multiple mobs and you are less than the hp value in the settings, when you switch to the next mob it will wait until Cenarion Ward is off cooldown instead of continuing to attack. Can't post a log right now but it's easy to reproduce

Nice! Thanks for reporting. :)

Would you say this better than your PureRotation?... it seems this one is more up to date

For me it is BEST OF THE BEST feral CC.

PureRotation dont go well with feral in my opinion.

BTW SuperBad supports FrameLock?

Maybe some BG/Arena setup? Like spell priority interuppt. For now it is purely pve oriented)

And the best if Auto Update through HB. Never saw it in other CC or plugins)

Oh yeah two things:
1) It doesnt powershift when rooted. But it says in HB that it is powershifting.
2) Plz make it use Ravage when it is possible to use it. With 4pc pvp set it has free ravage, but CC wont use it.
3) And even if I turn off Skull Bash. It is using it.

Btw I have russian client. Maybe some problems because of that?
