Super low FPS in raid's

I'm dropping to like 4/5 FPS in the start of a pull in raids as soon as I turn HB off the Frame rate will jump back up to 30 or higher, as soon as I turn HB back on it drops back to sub 10 FPS. any ideas why ? I'm running Eyno and Mills DH CR.

in raid you can't do anything about fps drop, hb is an old motor even if you have a super fast computer, especially if you heal in raid
