I observe the bot acting a lot like HonorBuddy in the sense that it sets itself a goal and doesn't do anything but go for that goal.
The result is that the bot will run from one Stop to the next Stop, ignoring any pokemon it encounters along the way.
It would be better if the bot were to assess priorities with every step it takes. When done with a task, check what the next task should be but don't ignore anything along the way to the next tast.

- Next PokeStop is the next task
- Make one step
- Reassess
- Rinse and repeat.
That'd be an awesome feature. Everytime I queue an action it ignores all Poke around and there is no way to pause or stop the last enqueued action.
